To supply and install an insulated Rockpanel rainscreen facade utilising Rockpanel RockClad 8mm thick rainscreen boards fixed utilising a Tack-S adhesive system onto a PlasteStrip FastFrame aluminium bar and bracket system with a 50mm Celotex RS5000 PIR insulation board to the cavity.

This project is the largest Rockpanel rainscreen installation by ourselves to date, the planning and ordering of the various sizes/widths/colours of boards was challenging along with the airsealing of the cementitious board to the structure at various junctions, but the key element of the quality finish was the precision setting out of the framework and bracketry, after this was completed it made the installation a lot easier whilst following strict control measures to ensure the installation procedure was adhered to, overall as a result of this, the project was completed on time and within budget.
